As UltraSlim unit is using VIA chipset, so it must install VIA 4in1 driver called "VIA-Hyperion-4In-1" driver which will improve the Display Performance . You can see this driver in our CD Disk under the driver directory. (This driver file size is 1.3MB)

Please double click this file under your Windows O/S to install the driver→then just press "Next"→"Next"→to finish the installation→Reboot and restart your Windows O/S→Then your DVD Play will not delay anymore.
