Please test by following below steps to solve Touch Screen function under Win98
Step 1.
Please remove Sound & TouchScreen Driver under Win98.
Step 2.
Please delete Autoexec.bat, Config.sys and ESSOLO.* files under C:\
Step 3.
Please reboot and press DEL key to enter CMOS BIOS Setup and make sure Serial Port 3 is set IRQ 5 under Integrated Peripheral Setup
Step 4.
Please save and exit CMOS BIOS Setup, reboot and enter Win98 to install TouchScreen Driver at first.
Step 5.
Then install again Sound Driver at second. You can check and see Sound Driver is using IRQ10 and TouchScreen is using COM3 IRQ 5 under System Device Manager.
