Please follow below steps to remove mouse and keybord and make touch screen function work properly.
Step 1.
Please disconnect mouse and just connect Keyboard on your system.
Step 2.
Enter Windows O/S, then it will show "PS/2 mouse is not detected".
Step 3.
Please use keyboard and click icon of "Never shows this message again".
Step 4.
Reboot Windows O/S, and remove keyboard from system
